Office Policies

Appointments

  • Well Visits: At your first newborn appointment, we will schedule your child's upcoming well appointments through 2 months of age. For older infants and children, our well appointments are often scheduled up to two months in advance. If your child needs a sports physical or other forms filled out, please allow ample time to schedule an appointment before these forms are due.
  • Well-Child Checkups are done on the following timeline:
    • 3-5 days of life, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months (2 ½ years)
    • Beginning at age 3 years, we will see your child annually for checkups
  • Sick Visits: Urgent appointments are always available the same day that you call with concerns. Please call as soon as you have concerns about your child's health so that we can offer you more options on appointment times. Walk-ins are not permitted. Call first thing in the morning (8:30 AM) to ensure availability.

Cancellations

We know plans change and family emergencies arise! If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 24 hours before your scheduled well child check-up to avoid the $80 cancellation fee.
